We sincerely appreciate the innovative and impactful THELU cloth bags initiative by My Green Society. The upcycling of used hotel linens into reusable cloth bags has not only reduced textile waste and single-use plastic consumption but also empowered Adivasi/tribal women from Palghar District.

It is highly commendable that 21,700 cloth bags (Thelu) have been supplied free of cost to K/East Ward, helping reduce single-use plastic consumption in the marketplace. Citizens are actively reusing these cloth bags, resulting in a definite reduction in plastic usage.
We value this collaboration and look forward to continuing our joint efforts in the long run.

My Green Society has been relentlessly and selflessly working on environmental issues for many years. Their impact across waste management, tree plantation, people empowerment, and hygiene is clearly visible.
Together, we have successfully conducted annual E-waste drives since 2020, spreading awareness, installing E-waste bins in schools and colleges, and encouraging more people to join the movement each year.

The HARIT Conference held on 31 January 2026 by My Green Society was an absolutely unique platform for sharing experiences backed by demonstrated proof of concepts.
